  We had half a cow processed here. They only take fax orders (not e-mail orders,,, get with the times) or by phone. We don't have a fax so rung it through by phone, specially asking for the spare ribs and not too much mince (prefer sausages). We were then told they had processed the wrong cow (what) so we got another one which cost more??? When we got it were were very surprised about what we got, we got mainly mince and no spare ribs. Rang to take to Shane, the boss, we were told to ring back. Rung back and we were told, "the guy on the phone did not write it down so you miss out" That is not customer service. Never again..... We usually go to Cattermoles in Kaiapoi, we will be going back to Cattermoles from now on, they are friendly, efficient, don't confuse your order with someone elses order and we always get what we asked for. Its not far from Oxford to Kaiapoi, and believe me its worth it.
